Margarita made with Grand Marnier, fresh squeezed lemon, lime & orange juice, and a splash of agave nectar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lime wedges
  • Margarita salt
  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces blanco or reposado tequila
  • 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce meyer lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce Grand Marnier or Cointreau
  • 1/2 to 1 ounce agave nectar, to taste
  • 1 slice of lime

Instructions

  1. Run a lime around the rim of a rocks glass or a martini glass. Dip the edges of the glass in a platter of margarita salt.
  2. Put a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker and add tequila, lime juice, lemon juice, orange juice, Grand Marnier and a agave nectar.If serving into a highball glass put ice in the glass before pouring. If serving in a martini glass pour straight up with no ice. Shake vigorously and strain into glass. Serve with a slice of lime.
