2 ounces vodka
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce lime juice
1/2 cup ginger beer
1 piece of candied ginger for garnish (optional)
1 slice of pineapple for garnish (optional)
1 sprig of mint (optional)
Instructions
Fill a Moscow mule mug with ice. Add vodka, pineapple and lime juice. Pour ginger beer over the top and gently stir. Garnish with candied ginger, pineapple and mint.
