This slow-cooker dish is a variation on Persian Fesenjoon, a medieval dish originally made with wild duck. Fork-tender and delicious, with a good balance of sweet, sour and savory.

A fusion dish of French de Puy lentils and Middle Eastern tabbouleh ingredients is a fusion of some of my favorite ingredients. I add fresh pomegranate seeds and pomegranate molasses for a flavor pop that contrasts with the earthy lentils.

Ottolenghi's delicious variation on baba ghanoush. Burnt eggplant, greek yogurt, lemon juice and a splash of pomegranate molasses is fabulous with roasted butternut squash, pita bread and crudites.
