12 Trader Joe’s Products You Shouldn’t Live Without

We all love Trader Joe’s products, but it's easy to miss some of their wonderful offerings. I have scoured Trader Joe's and surveyed friends and family to identify the best Trader Joe's products. If they are on this list it is because the product is either 1) awesome, 2) cheap, 3) unique, 4) it will save you time, or 5) all of the above.

Delice de Bourgogne Cheese

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

This is an exceptional triple-cream cheese that is spectacular with honey, strawberry jam or my personal favorite, lemon marmalade.

Burrata

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

I use this delicious cheese in fruit salads all year round and appreciate TJ's great pricing. Try it in my winter version or my summer version. Or in my Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Tacos with Mango & Burrata, Tomato & Grilled Bread Salad with Burrata, Pomelo & Arugula Salad with Burrata or Maple Roasted Acorn Squash. You can't go wrong with any of them!

TJ's Meyer Lemon Cookie Thins

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

These thin, crispy lemon cookies are delicious. Spread a bit of TJ's Honey Goat Cheese on each cookie and top with a raspberry or blueberry for a sweet and savory appetizer.

TJ's Orange Muscat Champagne Vinegar

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

This vinegar makes a wonderful, light and tangy salad dressing. Just add olive oil or walnut oil and salt and pepper. Try it on my Orange Butter Lettuce Salad with Walnuts and Feta.

Everything But the Bagel

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

My friend Jenny introduced me to this blend of sesame seeds, dried onion, dried garlic, sea salt and poppy seeds. It is my new favorite seasoning. I use it on avocado toast. It is also fabulous in popcorn, baked potatoes and egg salad. Possibly the best $1.99 you can spend. I sincerely hope TJ's never stops making this!

TJ's Organic Moringa, Mango & Ginger Herbal Tea

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

Moringa has long been used in traditional medicine to treat a variety of illnesses. Moringa is rich in antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties and studies show it can help lower blood sugar and cholesterol. I personally work to get moringa into my diet every day. I've brewed dried Moringa leaves, mixed powders into my drinks and taken capsules. So far, this is the tastiest way I have found to add moringa to my diet.

TJ's Organic Jalapeno Limeade

Just add tequila. Need I say more?

Shishito Peppers 12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

The healthiest and easiest cocktail appetizer known to man. They take five minutes to prepare and go great with beer, a margarita or  a Spanish-Style Gin & Tonic

Coconut Body Butter and Pumpkin Body Butter

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

My daughter Lauren who lives in Denver where the weather can be very dry swears by both of these products. Both deeply penetrate the skin and keep skin moisturized for hours. The Pumpkin Body Butter is lightly scented and not overwhelming. I'm told it is a cult favorite so stock up on it now, as it is a seasonal product.

TJ's Brewed Ginger Beer

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without

Are you a fan of a Moscow Mule or a Dark and Stormy? If so, you know there are a lot of really bad, overly sweet and very pricy ginger beers on the market. And a bad ginger beer makes a really bad Moscow Mule. This product has great ginger flavor, is not too sweet and very well priced at $3.99 for four bottles. Here are our favorite Moscow Mule recipes to make with this tasty beverage: Garden Mule, Pomegranate Mule and Mexican Mule.

TJ's Herb and Garlic Seasoned Sirloin Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without
This steak is a no-brainer to keep in your freezer for unexpected guests. The steak is marinated in garlic, olive oil and herbs. There is a separate packet of chimichurri sauce to dress the steak in after it is grilled. I served this to guests recently to rave reviews.

TJ's Chocolate and Almond Croissants

12 Trader Joe's Products You Shouldn't Live Without
I learned about these from my friend Sue, who in my opinion is the queen of TJ's shopping. Take the croissants out of the freezer and leave them out on the counter overnight to proof (baker's term for letting yeast products rise). They don't look like much when they come out of the package, but after a night on the counter they rise and are ready to bake in the morning. And you won't believe the delicious smell coming out of your kitchen. FOMC - Fear of Missing Croissant will kick in and no one will sleep in for fear of losing out.

I already buy many of the items on your list–but got some new ideas as well.
One of my favorites that was not on there is the whole grain crisp bread–I always keep a stock of it

Hi Malin, Thank you for sharing! I just discovered TJ’s Whole Grain Crispbread too and have included it in the extensive 60+ Trader Joe’s Products for Something New For Dinner’s Patreon group. I love this bread and use it for openface sandwiches and with cheese. How do you use it?
