How long will sangria last?
I find sangria is usually drunk long before it goes bad. If for some reason you have made way more than can be consumed in 48 hours, fish out the fruit and store covered in the fridge. The citrus rind will become bitter and soft fruit will start to decompose, so you are better off adding fresh fruit when you serve. If in doubt, taste it.
