Simple Asian green salad
SKILL LEVEL :
Easy and quickSimple green salad that complements Asian dishes
When you are serving an Asian-influenced dish it is nice to offer an Asian green salad with a homemade Asian salad dressing. This salad takes 5 minutes to make, is refreshing and will not compete with your main course. Use baby spinach, tatsoi, mizuna or pea shoots. If you can find them, throw in a handful or two of Asian micro greens.
